Is Datesbrite free?
Yes. You can join, build a profile, swipe, match and chat for free. Datesbrite Plus and Gold add extras such as seeing who likes you, unlimited likes and video calls.
How does matching work?
When you like someone and they like you back, it is a match and you can chat. You can also send an intro with a credit before matching.
How do I get verified?
Open your profile and choose Verify. You take a quick selfie copying a pose, and our team compares it to your photos. Verified profiles get a badge and show up more.
What is the popularity score?
It reflects how complete and active your profile is: photos, bio, verification, likes, visits and recent activity. Complete your profile or go in the spotlight to raise it.
What are credits?
Credits are used for extras such as gifts, intros and the spotlight. You can earn some free every day from Rewards, or buy more.
How do I report someone or block them?
Open their profile or a chat and choose Report or Block. Our safety team reviews every report. Blocked people can no longer see or contact you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. You can always see your plan end date on your profile.
How do I delete my account?
Open Profile, then Account, and choose Delete my account. This removes your profile, photos and messages.
