Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Datesbrite. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Subscriptions (Plus and Gold)

If you ask within 7 days of buying and have not used the paid features much, we will refund the purchase in full. After that, plans are not refundable but you keep access until they end.

Credits and boosts

Credits and boosts that have been used are not refundable. Unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days.

App store purchases

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are refunded by Apple or Google under their rules.

How to ask

Open Help in the app and choose Payments, or contact support from the email on your receipt. We reply within two working days.
